The Department of Ecology has opened November 15 for a month, a public consultation on the draft report on the implementation by France of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTR), also known as the Kiev Protocol. For the first time, the ministry said, the application of this protocol must be reported implementation of the French authorities, which will be awarded in late 2013 to the secretariat of the Protocol.
