The report, prepared by Ecologists in Action, entitled "Preliminary evaluation of the amendments to the rules of water driven from the Memorandum on the Tajo-Segura," states that the legislative changes arising from the Memorandum transgress three standards of European range.
· Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy is established.
· Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora to severely affect at least 5 areas of the Natura 2000 network.
