How can sustainable development goals be translated into operational decisions at the local level? A project initiated by the Italian Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (Ispra) seeks to find answers to this question, while also responding to the need to set up a database on good practices for local sustainability. The work is part of the implementation of Article 5 of the Aarhus Convention.
