Italy: Implementation of the European directive on the control of major accidents involving dangerous substances (legislative decree - preliminary examination)

At the proposal of the Prime Minister, Matteo Renzi, and the Minister for the Environment, Land and Sea, Gian Luca Galletti, was approved in preliminary examination, in order to obtain the opinions of the Joint Conference of the Parliamentary Committees, the legislative decree that implemented the Directive 2012/18 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances.
