Germany: Global2000 exclusion: "Cannot work"

For negligent or intentional damage to the environment Korneuburg the Attorney General filed against five officers and one former employee charges. According to the Regional Court Korneuburg is accused of the accused to have contaminated groundwater at least from January 2005 to September 2012, which subsequently should also lead to damage. The decision is therefore unlawful. " For Burtscher the current court order is seamlessly integrated in the "image of a defensive and non-transparent handling of authorities, politics and justice with the critical public". "Such a thing should not work," Burtscher is angry.
