As part of the revised Public Information Policy approved on 16 May 2006, the Secretary General of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has issued implementing procedural provisions for information requests and appeals. In the spirit of the Public Information Policy, these draft implementing procedural provisions are now posted on the EBRD website for 30 days, during which time the public is invited to comment on them. Any comments should be submitted to the Bank at [email protected] no later than 6 December 2006 so that they can be taken into account.
