Bayer wants to partially disclose studies on pesticides

The Bayer Group announced that it supports the principles developed by the ECJ relating to the extent to which public authorities need to disclose studies on pesticides to the public – subject to the requirement that confidential data is protected. The applicants who initially brought the case before the Court based their claim on the Aarhus Convention, an international convention which regulates access to environmentally relevant information among other things.
