Austria: Aarhus Convention condemns implementation deficit in Austria

The Austrian Government was condemned at the Meeting of the Parties for the Aarhus Convention for not fulfilling its obligations under the Convention. The condemnation came from The Green Alternative Association. They claim that the Government has not gone far enough to provide effective legislation to implement the provisions of the Aarhus Convention.
