The article presents a program implemented with support of the OSCE which main aim is to strengthen civil society in Armenia, as an essential partner of RA government, to implement the Aarhus Convention. Analytical studies about current environmental management system have been launched in the framework of the program as well as assessment work of mining activities impact.
