Online Committee Room

Written with legislatures in mind, the "Online Committee Room" could be used at all levels of government including local government council meetings or meetings of government appointed task forces and commissions to promote transparency and participation in decision-making. The Draft System Requirements Outline presents pre-, during- and post-meeting specifications; Chair's, Members' and Audience 'Views'; and Public Access/Participation specifications.
