ISFAE publishes online abstracts of the Journal of Food, Agriculture & Environment, a peer-reviewed publication of original research, critical reviews or short communications in food science & technology, human nutrition, animal science, agriculture and environment. The Journal has a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary studies on the food, agricultural and environmental interface. It also considers manuscripts on biotechnology, ethical and socioeconomic issues related to modern agricultural or environmental sciences, including genetically modified foods. The contents of the popular journal 'Agri-Food Research & News' are also posted online.
