Spain: The Platform for the Defence of Southern Cantabria uses energy plan

The Platform for the Defence of Southern Cantabria has filed a lawsuit against the Sustainable Energy Plan (2014-2020), in addition to the "invalidity radical" plan, requesting its interim suspension for the duration of the lawsuit because irreparable damages are expected from the wind farms already under construction.
