Italy: Postcards to Renzi to save the Adriatic

The article presents the public initiative in Lanciano against oil drilling projects like Ombrina, Elsa2 and Rospo Mare through postcards and e-cards. Considering the right of public participation in decision-making under the Aarhus Convention, it obliges the State to take due account of the results of public participation.
