The César Manrique (FCM) Foundation has asked the Supreme Court to void the judgment which dismissed his administrative appeal against oil exploration in waters close to Canary.
This motion for dismissal raised by the existence of procedural errors, by act or omission, by the judgment itself and alleges breach of fundamental rights recognized in the Constitution, says the Foundation in a statement released this morning.

The Foundation also alleges failure to adequately reasoned resolution of the question that aroused and requested that the Court of Justice of the European Union guarantees the right to public participation in decisions with potential environmental conditions and demand assessment impacts contained in the Aarhus Convention and various directives.
The Foundation reports that the incident has been raised, in order to exhaust the previous via the amparo before the Constitutional Court.
