The Committee addressed the Tar arguing that the government and the President of the Republic, in issuing the decree sull'Ilva, violated the Aarhus Convention, in so far as it provides that before enacting a law relating to the environment should be informed the public, environmental groups and concerned citizens. In addition, it also challenges the appointment of Enrico Bondi as extraordinary commissioner.
