The foundation Mandat International supports non-governemental representatives through its Welcome Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations and Delegations.It is not a hotel but a place to welcome and meet other delegates. The Welcome Centre provides: Low-cost accommodation (between 20 and 30 Swiss francs per night, breakfast included); Efficient work infrastructure: meeting rooms, computers with free Internet access, phones, fax, and photocopy machine; Documentation centre with more than 10,000 reference documents; Support and information service. The Welcome Centre is located in Bellevue, 10 minutes away from the international organisations, and offers a free shuttle service between the Welcome Centre and the conference sites in the morning and in the evening. It can be used to hold meetings, seminars and exhibitions too.
