UK: High Court backs challenge on environmental costs

A high court in England ruled that the variable cost provisions of the Civil Procedure Rules “need further clarification.” The rules change the fixed costs for Aarhus related cases to variable. Two environmental organizations and an activist firm challenged the rules in the high court.
