The Global Transparency Initiative (GTI) has released a scorecard of implementation of the Transparency Charter for International Financial Institutions from the perspective of the Aarhus Convention. The transparency scorecard, "International Financial Institution Transparency and the Aarhus Convention", scores eight international financial institutions, including the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Bank, on their adherence to the Charter. It addresses the right to access information, automatic disclosure, access to decision-making and appeals, among other measures of implementation.
The scorecard compliments the June 2007 study of implementation of the Transparency Charter in light of the rights guaranteed by the Aarhus Convention: http://bankwatch.org/documents/GTI_IFI_transparency_and_Aarhus.pdf
