Spain: NGO denounces non-execution of environmental recovery measures in Camorro

Following an earlier request for information on the state of implementation of environmental recovery measures in Camorra, the Cigüeña Negra Ornithological Collective (COCN) has recently received an extensive report from the Directorate General Direction for Energy and Mines Policy of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda. However, the Collective denounces that it is not apparent from the report whether certain measures have been implemented yet or not. The right to request environmental information is stipulated in the Aarhus Convention, which has also been ratified by Spain.
