Spain: Association of Neighbors and Friends of Llanes argues that there has been no opportunity for citizens to plead against algae extraction

An association of neighbors and other concerned have filed an administrative appeal against the autorisation of algae extraction in Llanes. The association requests that the court grants an interim relief to prohibit extraction from beginning.
