Partnership issues call for proposals for environmental governance projects in 2005 and 2006

The United Kingdom Sustainable Development Programme has pledged £100,000 in 2005/06 to fund environmental governance projects for Partners in the Partnership for Principle 10.  All proposals must be submitted by 1 July 2005.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The Partnership for Principle 10 is dedicated to promoting sustainable development through improved environmental governance by implementing Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on access to information, public participation in decision making and access to justice in environmental matters.
