Open for comments: draft Guidelines on Human Rights and the Environment

The Special Rapporteur of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has drafted the Guidelines on Human Rights and the Environment. The draft guidelines are open for comment until 11 November 2017. This article discusses some of the background of the draft guidelines and how to make a comment.
