The Seventh Meeting of the Negotiating Committee of the Regional Agreement in Latin America and the Caribbean is taking place from 31 July and 4 August in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The article summarizes the current status of negotiations. It is still being negotiated whether or not the Agreement will be binding on signatory states. The final document is to be approved by the end of 2017.
