Thus, the ongoing work is illegal, and therefore the undersigned members of the Public Council for the ski resort "Kok-Zhaylau" protest against the ongoing work and require them to stop the proceedings.
Also, pay attention to the fact that the construction of transmission lines is not included in the budget of the ski resort, claimed in the feasibility study. At the same time, currently under construction object is declared as having a direct relation to the resort "Kok-Zhaylau" (see photos in the Appendix).
It turns out that the feasibility study announced in the budget does not reflect the real costs of its implementation and in fact will be much higher than the specified amounts in the document, which has repeatedly drawn attention to the construction of opponents, in particular D.Zhukov. Thus, Almaty city administration began the construction in such circumstances, demonstrates privatization intentions hidden behind formally submitted the draft ski resort.
We believe that in the context of the emerging dialogue between initiators and opponents of the construction of the resort real actions are unhelpful and once again demonstrate the initiators unwillingness to listen to the opponents that contradicts the letter and spirit of the Aarhus Convention.
