This event organized by the OSCE Centre in Astana, Ministry of Energy, National Aarhus Centre and Czech NGO Arnika aims to produce specific proposals for the regulations amendment and will bring together representatives of the Energy Ministry, major natural resource users and the members of the working group of the bill on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on environmental issues.
The event is part of the Centre's longstanding efforts in advancement of the Aarhus Convention in Kazakhstan, the OSCE Centre in Astana said.
