France: Network on access to environmental information and public participation created

A network for the promotion of participatory democracy has been created by the French National Commission for Public Debate, an administrative authority set up to implement the rights to access to environmental information and public participation under the Aarhus Convention. The network is called "L'esprit d'Aarhus" - the Spirit of Aarhus.
