Fifth meeting of the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee Considers Communications from the Public

Article 15 of the Aarhus Convention on review of compliance, requires the Meeting of the Parties to establish arrangements for reviewing compliance with the Convention.  The Compliance Committee, established for this purpose, considers any submissions made by the Parties, referrals by the secretariat and / or communications from the public, as well as any other information relevant to possible non-compliance.
