To obtain views on the new challenges for personal data protection, the European Commission has launched a public consultation. The policy proposal aims to maintain an effective and comprehensive legal framework to protect individual’s personal data within the European Union.
Citizens, organizations and public authorities are invited to give their views on the new challenges for personal data protection, in particular in the light of new technologies and globalisation. Received contributions will be published on the Internet.
