The Aarhus Convention: France can do better

The French report to the meeting of the parties to the Aarhus Convention, which is to be held in Montenegro in September 2017, is open for public consultation until June 2. While improvements have been made, obstacles to effective access to environmental information, decision-making in environmental matters, and access to justice still remain, according to the report.
